SERVICES
CONVERT BLOWER (Customer’s Core):
The 4-71, and 6-71 rebuild includes a heavy duty front bearing plate, a racing style rear bearing plate, glass bead blast all parts, machine ribs out of top and bottom of case, machine flange off of side of blower case, set up all clearances, triple pin rotors, install oversized dowel pins, install new oil plugs, seals, and gaskets $895.00
REBUILD BLOWER (WASH & SET)
Disassemble blower (drive work not covered in wash & set), clean, resurface case, check and set rotor timing, install new bearings and seals, dial indicate coupler, reassemble & bag $ 395.00
DRIVE CONVERSION
Convert old hub style drive to new coupler style drive. Includes machining the snout, new bearings and seal in snout, new coupler, new blower drive shaft, and spacers needed to match drive length. $ 395.00
TRIPLE PIN ROTORS
Install extra pins into front rotor cavities for extra strength. Blower must be disassembled to machine rotors $ 125.00
RE-DOWEL CASE
Re-clearance blower and install new dowel pins in secondary location. Usually done when changing case or rotors.
Re-polish case, ends, snout, carb adapter, idler arm, install new bearings in idler pulley, new bearings & seal in snout, re-assemble (does not include wash & set on blower) $ 445.00
For blower assemblies that have not been polished, add $100.00 to re-polish charge. Note: Dyer’s is not responsible for polished case quality on cases that were previously unpolished.
TEFLON STRIPPING
Install Teflon Strips on sealing edge of blower (4 point for 2 lobe rotors, 6 point for 3 lobe rotors) $200.00
WARRANTY
Dyer’s Machine Service will repair or replace to its original customer after approval and inspection in our warehouse, any new part or accessory if found to be defective in material or workmanship, within 90 days of date of purchase. Any items returned must have shipping charges pre-paid. Dyer’s Machine Service does not warranty kits or parts used for drag racing.
This warranty does not cover new parts which fail due to alterations and/or disassembly, accident, misuse, neglect, racing, improper installation, abuse, or when used in applications for which the were not designed or approved. Removal, installation, transportation, labor, loss of time, inconvenience, personal or other consequential damages are not covered. Dyer’s Machine Service makes no representation as to the suitability of any item purchased for uses implied by the customer.
